Terms and conditions for the PAN Support Network Library
1. Only members of the PAN Support Network are allowed to borrow materials. If you are not yet a member and you would like to become one please contact Mary at checkerpan [at] yahoo [dot] com.
2. Up to two (2) items at a time can be borrowed at one time.
3. Each item can be borrowed for up to three weeks. (Extensions may be granted depending on the demand for item. Contact PAN Librarians about extensions)
4. When your borrowing time is complete you are responsible for mailing the item onto the next person on the waiting list, or back to Barb and Don, the PAN Librarians.
5. If an item is lost or needs to be replaced the borrower will be responsible for paying the replacement cost (listed on the inventory order form).
6. At this time, items can only be borrowed by members from the United States.
